September 2026
Smoother @mentions and a clearer People list
The picker that suggests members when you type @ got fixes, and the People list gained an icon column so you can scan it faster. How it works
Creating a Flow no longer leaves a broken, empty Flow
If two Flows were created at the same instant, one could end up pointing at nothing. Dium now resolves the clash and opens the right Flow. How it works
Event agendas import without duplicate or missing sessions
When a partner sent its agenda twice at nearly the same time, sessions could be lost or doubled. Imports are now safe to repeat. How it works
Direct message tabs, loading older items, and sign-in
Fixes for switching between message tabs, loading more items in long lists, a sign-in issue, and announcement banners that wrapped badly.
August 2026
Synced sessions and exhibitor Pages update instead of duplicating
Events that sync their agenda and exhibitor list from another system now see changes applied to existing items, not new copies. How it works
Booth contact email always belongs to the booth owner
The contact email on an exhibitor Page could show whoever opened it. It now always shows the owner's address, so leads reach the right person. How it works
Booth team names show correctly, and messages send once
Team member names on booth Pages display properly again, and a bug that could send a direct message twice is gone. How it works
After creating a Flow, you land on the new Flow
Creating a Flow could send you to the wrong address. You now go straight to the Flow you just made. How it works
Starting a Room keeps your choice and fills the intro faster
The option you picked when starting a Room is now selected for you, and the introduction text fills in without a long wait.
"Back to event" returns you to the site you came from
The back link now uses the domain you are actually on, so visitors from a partner site return there instead of somewhere else.
A talk ending no longer ends the whole event
A single agenda talk finishing could mark the event as over. Only the event's own end time does that now. How it works
Worldwide events end at the right moment
Whether a global event has ended is now judged by the event's own time zone, so it does not close early or late for some visitors.
July 2026
Support button no longer covers the page
The Need help? drawer stopped overlapping other buttons, and it has a clearer headset icon.
Messages always appear in the right conversation
In rare cases a new direct message could be shown in a different open chat, under the wrong name. Messages now only appear in the conversation they belong to.
Pinning is reliable in Waves, announcements and messages
Pinning an announcement, a Wave reply or a direct message could fail when two things happened at once. Those timing issues are fixed.
Session times stay put when you edit them
Editing a session's start field could shift the time, and sessions running past midnight could show the wrong end date. Both are fixed. How it works
One shared FAQ for the support assistant
The Need help? assistant now answers from one common FAQ list, so every event gets the same, reviewed answers.
Reply box no longer locks for people outside US Eastern time
On worldwide events, people in other time zones could find the reply box locked. It now opens for everyone at the right time. How it works
Support assistant improvements
The in-app Need help? assistant got a round of improvements carried over from our sister deployment.
Wave details are no longer overwritten by automatic updates
An automatic update could replace a Wave's saved summary and settings. It now adds to them, so nothing you set is lost.
FAQ links to live sessions and the agenda open the sessions feed
Answers from the support assistant that mention what is live or on the agenda now link straight to the sessions list.
Times shown in the time zone your event site passes
When a partner site tells Dium your time zone, the app now uses it for every time it shows, and the agenda groups global events by that time. How it works
A cleaner screen after an event ends
Each visitor now sees an event as ended based on their own time zone. The ended screen hides pop-ups and help prompts, and the logo takes you back to the event site.
Squad widget and mobile fixes
Fixes for the squad embed widget and for several layouts on phones.
Group and squad widgets for your own site
Two new embed widgets let you show a group or a squad from Dium on another website.
Ended events show a clear ended screen
Visitors who arrive after an event is over now see that it has ended, instead of entering the event space.
Confirmation messages are no longer hidden behind the help button
Short pop-up confirmations now appear above the Need help? button.
Editing a discussion message works when the text repeats
Editing a message in a discussion failed if another message had the same text. You can now edit it normally.
Need help? support assistant
A support assistant in the app answers common questions from an FAQ, with links that point to the right event. Organizers got a page to manage the FAQ.
June 2026
People list shows where members are
Next to each person's title, the People list now shows their city and state, which helps when you want to meet someone nearby.
Icons and fonts load on partner sites
When Dium was embedded on another domain, some icons and fonts could fail to load. They now load everywhere.
No entries with that tag.
