We fix what people hit this week, not what might matter next year. The changelog shows the pace.
Start from real use
Most of our work begins with a member at a live event or in a cohort who hit a problem. We fix it, then write it down.
Tell the truth
Our pages say what Dium does not do yet. We expect the same honesty inside the team.
Benefits and equity
What working here includes. The team fills in each line before any role is posted.
Template, not live data. Replace every bracket with the real policy, or remove the row. Do not publish benefits that are not in place. We also do not publish diversity data yet; add it here only once it is real and people have agreed to share it.
