The owner clicks Upgrade in Flow settings. Only owners can change the plan.

Dium suggests the smallest plan that fits your current member count. You pay through a secure hosted checkout.
Your Flow keeps growing
Everything you already built stays exactly where it was. Only the member cap changes.
Pricing questions
Who counts as a member?
Anyone who has joined your Flow. Visitors reading public Waves do not count, and neither do people who left.
Is there an annual plan or a discount?
Not today. Every plan is billed monthly, so you can move up or down as your community changes. If you need an annual invoice for procurement, talk to sales.
Do you charge transaction fees?
Dium does not sell tickets or courses, so there is nothing to take a cut of. You pay the plan price and nothing else.
Can I downgrade?
Yes. If your member count drops, you can move to a smaller plan from Flow settings. Under 50 members you can return to Free.
Do you offer nonprofit or education pricing?
We do not publish one yet. Tell us about your program through the contact page and we will answer honestly.
Can I export my community's content?
Your content is yours. Owners can request an export of their Flow's Waves and answers by writing to [email protected].
How do I pay?
Checkout is hosted by Werify Paywall, our payment provider. Dium never sees or stores your card number.
