Customer stories, told with permission.

We have no public customer stories yet. Here is how we will publish them, and how to become one of the first.

Template, not live data. No customer stories are published yet. Each future story needs the customer's written permission, a named contact who approved the final text, and results with a stated method and timeframe. Keep this page noindex until the first real story is live.

No published stories yet.

When a customer agrees to share their results, their story appears here, filterable by use case and size. Want to be first? Join the founding customer program.

The founding customer program

We are looking for a small group of early communities to work with closely. You get hands-on help. We learn what to build next.

What you get

  • Setup help for your first Flow: roles, profile types and your first session
  • A direct line to the people building Dium
  • Early say in what we build next

What we ask

  • Honest feedback, including what does not work
  • A published story, only if you agree in writing
  • You review every word and number before anything goes live, and you can say no or withdraw

If you receive anything from us, such as setup help, any story or quote from you will say so.

How we run Dium on Dium

Story in progress

Our own Flow, in the open

We plan to publish how the Dium team uses a Flow for its own questions and feedback: what we set up, what worked, and what did not.

Template, not live data. Confirm the Dium team runs its own Flow, then replace this card with the real story, dated, with real numbers and a method. Do not publish estimates.
The layout every story will follow

See the case study template

At a glance, the challenge, why they chose Dium, the rollout timeline, results with the method behind them, a named quote and what is next. Shown with a fictional example.

Our rules for customer stories

These follow the U.S. FTC rules on endorsements and testimonials.

Real people, real permission

Every story names a real person who approved it in writing. We keep that approval on file.

Numbers with a method

Every result says how it was measured and over what time. Results vary, and we say what is typical.

Perks disclosed

If a customer got a discount, a free plan or other help from us, the story says so.

No rewrites

Quotes appear as the person said or wrote them, not rewritten into marketing language.
