Before you start
- The Flow allows Pages.
- Your role or profile type can create Pages. By default owners, organizers and admins can; a Flow often gives its Sponsor profile type permission to create one sponsor Page.
- If an event partner registered you as a sponsor, you may be signed in automatically and land on a Page form that is already partly filled in.
Steps
- Open the Flow and go to its Pages tab.
- Start a new Page and choose its type: sponsor, exhibitor, speaker or partner.
- Add the name, a one-line tagline, your website and an about section.
- Upload a logo and a banner (PNG, JPEG, GIF, WebP, SVG or HEIC, under 3 MB each).
- Add social links, your team (name and role for each person) and any perks you offer attendees.
- Set the call to action: a short title, one line of description, a button label and the link it opens, such as your booking page.
- Publish the Page. It starts with a wall for quick messages and a Discussions tab, which Dium creates for you.
- Check your Page analytics to see visits, call-to-action clicks, messages and downloads. Only the Page owner sees these numbers.
Wall or discussion?
The wall is for short, quick messages on the Page itself, like a booth conversation. The Discussions tab is a full Wave with threaded replies, better for questions you want to keep. Your team can also post Waves in the Flow as the Page, so they show your logo and name.
Troubleshooting
I cannot find how to create a Page
Your profile type may not allow Pages, or you already created the number you are allowed. Ask the Flow admin.
Creating the Page opened an existing one
Page names are unique inside a Flow. If a Page with that name exists, Dium opens it instead of making a copy.
The contact email shows the wrong person
Fixed on August 21, 2026: the contact email now always comes from the Page owner. Reload the Page.
Our Page appears twice
Pages synced from an event partner now update in place (fixed August 27, 2026). Email [email protected] and we will merge older duplicates.
