- You are the owner of the Flow. Admins and organizers cannot change the plan.
- A payment method accepted by Werify Paywall, our payment provider. Dium never sees your card number.
Steps
- Open the Flow and go to its settings.
- Click Upgrade.
- Dium suggests the smallest plan that fits your current member count. Pick it, or choose a larger one if you expect growth.
- Complete payment on the secure checkout hosted by Werify Paywall.
- When the payment is confirmed, your Flow switches to Pro and the member limit rises to the plan's size. Your Waves, answers and members do not change.
Plans and prices
Dium is free while a Flow has fewer than 50 members. After that, pricing is one flat monthly price per Flow, not per seat.

Troubleshooting
I do not see Upgrade
Only the Flow owner can see it. Ask the owner to upgrade, or to contact us about transferring ownership.
I paid but the Flow still shows Free
Confirmation from the payment provider usually takes a moment. Reload the page. If it still shows Free after a few minutes, email [email protected] with the Flow name and the time you paid.
I need an annual invoice
Plans are billed monthly. For procurement paperwork, talk to sales.
