A Flow is a community on Dium. A Wave is a thread inside it, such as a question or a live session. A Room is a group of Flows that share members and DMs. Sponsors, exhibitors and speakers can have Pages.

When Dium staff look
Staff with platform admin access can see all data. We look at member content only to [list the reasons: answer your support request, review a report or appeal, meet a legal duty, fix a bug]. [Confirm whether staff access is logged]
Vendors we rely on
Werify runs sign-in and payments. Moat holds your profile. LNBOX sends email. Echo carries live updates. A TAO.ai proxy stores the database. The full list, with locations, is on the subprocessors page.
What we never do
- We do not sell your personal information.
- We do not share it for cross-site advertising, and we run no ad pixels. [Confirm; the site loads Cloudflare Web Analytics]

- We do not sell trust score points or best-answer marks.
- We do not train AI models on your DMs. [Confirm]

Your controls
