Members pay dues all year. Give them a reason to show up all year.

Chapters, committees and the annual meeting in one Room, with members answering each other between events.

The usual gap

The annual meeting is full of energy. Then members go quiet until renewal time, and the chapter lists drift apart.

Why many associations wait

Enterprise member platforms are quote-only and slow to launch. One review of forum tools puts a common incumbent's setup at two to four months (Bettermode, Aug 2026, a competing vendor). A Dium Flow can be open the same day.

A structure that mirrors yours

A Flow is one community space. A Room groups sibling Flows. Members and direct messages carry across them, while each Flow keeps its own Waves and moderators.

Public or private

National Flow

Announcements from the board, member-wide Q&A and the calendar of sessions.

One per chapter

Chapter Flows

One per city or region, run by chapter leads with moderator rights.

Invite only

Committee Flows

Private working spaces for volunteers and the board.

Seasonal

Annual meeting

Session Q&A, speaker AMAs and a Page for each sponsor.

Workflows members notice

Ask the profession

A member posts a practice question. Peers reply, the asker marks the best answer, and it joins the searchable library for every chapter.

Monthly webinars

Recurring sessions with RSVP seats, a Zoom or Meet link, polls and questions collected ahead of time.

Job and volunteer calls

Opportunity Waves where members apply and you route each application to a chapter lead or committee chair.

Roles by membership tier

Profile types such as Member, Student member, Fellow and Sponsor, each with its own rights.

Sponsor and partner Pages

A branded Page with a wall, a discussion thread and a contact button. Owners see visits and clicks.

Member data: the plain facts

Your member list
Dium does not connect to association management systems out of the box. If you run a member site, the partner API can sign members in with one-time tokens and add them to the right Flow.
Visibility
Each Flow is public or private. Joining can be open, approved, invite-only or by code.
Profiles
Name and photo come from the member's sign-in profile. Members can add a headline and areas of expertise.
Payments
Dium does not collect dues. Your plan is billed monthly through our payment provider, Werify Paywall.
No certifications. Dium holds no industry certifications such as SOC 2 or ISO 27001. Read how we secure Dium and who processes data before your board review.
