Sample data

Does this sound like your last event?

  • The event app went dark the Monday after, and so did every conversation in it.

  • Sponsors paid for a booth and asked me what they got for it.

  • The best speaker questions came in too late for the session.

  • Next year we start from zero: new app, new list, same questions.

Three outcomes

Sessions arrive warm

Attendees post and upvote questions for each speaker weeks ahead. Speakers walk in knowing what the room wants.

Sponsors see activity

Each sponsor Page counts visits, button clicks and messages, visible only to the Page owner.

The year between events

The Flow stays open after the closing talk, so follow-up sessions and next year's planning happen with the same people.

Your event, week by week

  1. Six weeks out

Create the Flow and your roles: Attendee, Speaker, Sponsor, Staff. Load the agenda as session Waves, by hand or through the partner API.

  2. Two weeks out

Open questions for each session. Sponsors build their Pages. Attendees RSVP to the seats they want.

  3. On the day

A moderator takes each session live with one click. Polls, raised hands and breakout tables with set capacity.

  4. After

Unanswered questions get answered in the Wave. Speakers host a follow-up AMA. Sponsors keep their Page.

Several tracks or cities? One Room.

In Dium a Flow is one community space, and a Room groups sibling Flows that share members and direct messages. Run one Flow per track, city or year and keep a single attendee list.

  • Add Dium to your event site under your own web address
  • Sign attendees in from your registration system with one-time tokens
  • Create sponsor Pages from your sponsor list, without duplicates on retry

How partners connect Dium

Keep your event app

Dium does not sell tickets, print badges or scan leads. Event platforms sell those as annual licenses with lead retrieval as a paid add-on (Swapcard pricing, checked Sept 2026). Dium covers the months before and after, and the questions in between.

Event questions

How much does an event Flow cost?

Free under 50 members, then a flat monthly price by size, up to $299 for unlimited. Plans are monthly, so you can scale down after the event. See pricing.

Does Dium host the video?

No. Each session uses your Google Meet or Zoom link. Dium handles RSVPs, seats, questions, polls and breakouts around it.

Can sponsors sign in from our registration flow?

Yes. A partner link can sign a sponsor in, add them to the Flow and open a pre-filled Page form. Your team sets this up once. See Dium for sponsors.
